The Master RiSC, at the University of Clermont Auvergne stands out as a unique program in France. It is an ambitious and innovative program that prepares students to tackle current and future challenges related to risk and human behavior.
In the context of climate change, risks of natural origin or those linked to human activities are on the rise. Despite the growing scale of these risks, human responses remain fragile. In this context, it is essential to study human behavior: beforehand, through communication strategies for risk prevention; during, through crisis management involving decision-makers; and afterward, to build community resilience.

The Graduate Track for Humanities and Social Sciences
The goal of this program is to train specialists in the humanities and social sciences who possess international experience and expertise in digital tools applicable to the field covered by the accredited track. This accreditation allows Graduate Track scholarships to be awarded based on academic criteria to students who wish to pursue a thesis project. Selections take place at the end of the first semester so that students have time to develop their research proposals.
